Towards WSIS II

This project seeks to relate the level of income per head in local purchasing power parities to a selection of the UN World development indicators, data on information and communication technology (ITU-data), and indicators on the quality of governance (World bank data). The goal is to test some hypotheses on the relationship between technology, governance and economic development and to reveal the conditions that favour growth and prosperity with a focus on measurable effects like the impact on level of income per head in the countries of the world
